Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all engagements between ISHFAQ LOGISTICS LTD and its clients. Please read them carefully before using our services. Last updated: January 2025.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging ISHFAQ LOGISTICS LTD for any freight, warehousing, or supply chain service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Services and Scope

ISHFAQ LOGISTICS LTD provides freight transportation, international shipping, cargo management, warehousing, and supply chain support. Service scope, timelines, and routing are confirmed in writing via individual service agreements.

We reserve the right to refuse shipments that violate applicable law, contain undeclared hazardous materials, or present incomplete customs documentation at the point of acceptance.

3. Liability and Limitations

ISHFAQ LOGISTICS LTD's liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the declared cargo value or the applicable limit under the governing international convention, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs holds, force majeure events, inaccurate client declarations, or third-party carrier failures beyond our documented control.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are solely responsible for accurate cargo declaration, including weight, value, classification, and content. Inaccurate or incomplete declarations that result in regulatory penalties will be charged to the client.

Clients must ensure full compliance with export and import regulations applicable to their designated trade routes. ISHFAQ will not knowingly facilitate shipments that violate applicable trade controls or sanctions regimes.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. ISHFAQ reserves the right to apply a lien over goods in our custody for unpaid freight charges.

All fees are stated in GBP unless a separate currency agreement is confirmed. Bank charges arising from international transfers are the responsibility of the client.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For international shipments, applicable conventions including CMR, Hague-Visby Rules, and Warsaw Convention may apply depending on mode of transport.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through written correspondence within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales as the jurisdiction of first instance.

8. Amendments

ISHFAQ LOGISTICS LTD reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
